WZMobile is the mobile operations component of the WZWeigh Solution, extending WrightZone business processes to drivers, trucks and mobile users in the field.
Designed for transport, waste, recycling, quarrying, aggregates, agriculture, metals, mining and other bulk-material industries, WZMobile connects mobile operations with weighbridge, loader and site-based processes.
Drivers can receive and manage allocated jobs, start jobs, confirm pickups and deliveries, record load and docket details, capture supporting photos and complete operational processes from their mobile device.
WZMobile works as part of the wider WZWeigh environment, allowing information captured by drivers, weighbridge operators, loader operators and automated site systems to contribute to the same operational transaction.

Who we are
WZMobile is developed by WrightZone International Limited (“we”). It is a business application for weighbridge, quarry, transport and related industries (“your company”) that use WrightZone software. You receive access from your company; there is no public sign-up.
Where your data is stored
WZMobile connects to the server of the company you work for. Your operational and account data is stored on that company’s server, and your company is responsible for that data. WrightZone International Limited does not centrally store your operational WZMobile data, except where access or information is provided to us for technical support requested by your company.
What data the app collects
Account data:
Your name, login, password and email address (where provided). This information is used to sign you in, send invitations and reset your password.
Work data:
Information entered or recorded while performing your work, including jobs, dockets, vehicles, weights, times, notes and messages between dispatchers and drivers.
Photos:
Photos of dockets or other supporting operational information that you choose to capture using WZMobile.
Device identifiers:
A push-notification token and an app-generated device identifier are used to identify the app installation and deliver notifications such as new job notifications. The app does not collect your location, contacts, browsing or search history, and does not use advertising or analytics.
Camera and biometrics
The camera is used only to scan invitation QR codes and to photograph dockets. Fingerprint or face unlock is checked by your phone’s operating system; biometric data never leaves the device and is never available to the app.
Sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with advertisers. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification service (iOS), which receive the device token and notification text required to deliver those notifications.
Security
Data travels between the app and your company’s server over encrypted HTTPS connections. Sign-in data kept on the phone is stored in the operating system’s encrypted secure storage.

ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time.
In WZMobile Open Settings → Delete Account and confirm with your password.
If you cannot sign in, tap “Delete Account” on the sign-in screen to send a request to your Company Administrator.
WHAT IS DELETED
Your name, email address, password, device push tokens and saved sign-in data.
WHAT IS KEPT
Your login code inside weighing records and dockets you worked on. These are business records of your employer and are kept as long as the company is required to keep them.
CHILDREN
WZMobile is intended for use at work by adults and is not directed at children.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask your Company Administrator to access or correct your personal information (New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and similar laws elsewhere). You can also contact us and we will pass your request on.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. The current version is always at this address.
