HOW IT WORKS
Optimism is an occupational hazard of programming: feedback is the treatment.
The POSWeigh software sits on an indoor/outdoor touch screen awaiting on-screen transport operator input of thier vehicles’ licence plate (or registration,) optionally automated with ANPR or RFID technologies.
From this point: “I am entering this site Empty or Loaded?”
On (button) touch operators are taken to POSWeigh’s Entry Weigh window. Transaction Recall prepopulates all information as per the last load.
Operators press save when On-Run and/or change the vehicle configuration (being truck, trailer or truck and trailer commonly) the order, material and related values as applicable and required.
On (button) touch operators are taken to POSWeigh’s Exit Weigh window with Transaction Recall prepopulating all information including the vehicles tare weight. Operators can edit the transactional detail if applicable with save/print printing the docket.
Loaded is an Exit Weigh Only process common of weighbridge operations.
More than truck scales and weighbridge software
POSWeigh’s Loaded configuration is that of Exit Weigh completed in a single step with transaction and tare weight recall, process labelled as Exit Weigh Only. Sites without materials load-in and load-out combined configurations are without Empty, Loaded choice, button options.
POSWeigh and WZLoad applications are cross purpose Entry and Exit Weigh processing toolsets with POSWeigh’s advantage being;
- Numerous Pre-Entry (bookings management) processing options and template settings.
- One window/screen for all Entry Weigh transport operator choices.

POSWeigh’s weighing processes can be configured for either Entry or Exit Weigh only or Entry and Exit Weigh combined working in conjunction with WZWeigh and WZLoad applications. The result is the most configurable and user-friendly weighing software and solutions available in the market today.

Pre-Entry:
A planning and scheduling; complete bookings management software and solution all inclusive under WZWeigh. When sites are security, health and saftey and/or materials acquisition sensative Pre-Entry under POSWeigh is the front facing, transport permissable acceptance or decline.
Pre-Entry transactions are created by Operations and Dispatch managers under WZWeigh. Today’s scheduled transactions are then ready for transport operator Onsite processing under POSWeigh optionally with the support of RFID and ANPR technologies.
The advantage for operators is reading first and touching (once only) second; following digital instruction. Whether loading-in or out, customer, order or job detail inlcuding materials is all on-screen because the payload has been planned and scheduled ahead of time.
Flexibility in functionality ensures specific vehicle registrations (ID’s) dont have to be inlcuded within the Pre-Entry transaction. Vehicles are linked to transport providers and therefore POSWeigh lists’ today’s Pre-Entry transactions per provider waiting operator touch-to-load, unload transaction selection.
