WZ WiFi Trial Offer Terms

1. Expressions of interest for the WZ WiFi Trial Services (“the WiFi Trial”) must be submitted via the online registration form below by 31 July 2020.  We will then make contact with you to discuss your requirements and provide you with more information on the WiFi Trial.
2. Submitting an expression of interest does not commit you or us to proceed with the WiFi Trial.  If we agree that your business is suitable for the WiFi Trial, you will need to make a decision whether to proceed with the WiFi Trial by August 31st 2020.
3. If you proceed with the WiFi Trial, we will supply the hardware and services listed.  The hardware is provided on loan and must be returned to us or purchased by you at the end of the WiFi Trial period.
4. You will need to have or provide a suitable Windows computer at your site that the WZ Weigh software can be installed on.
5. The WiFi Trial is for a maximum period of 3 months.  This includes a period of up to 2 months for us to install and configure the WZWeigh Software and train your staff and 1 months’ of live operation in your business to enable you to thoroughly evaluate the WZWeigh software.
6. If you wish to continue to use the WZWeigh software after the WiFi Trial period, we will licence the software to you on our standard subscription licence.  Support services are also available.  Software licence fees will be provided to you as part of our discussions following receipt of your expression of interest.  If you do not wish to continue using the WZWeigh software, we will uninstall or disable the WZ software at the end of the WiFi Trial period.
7. In addition to the $3,900 plus GST WiFi Trial cost, we will charge you our reasonable disbursement expenses (being that of travel and accommodation if required or applicable for on-site work during the trial period.  Generally 4-6 days of on-site work and support is required.  We will provide you with an detailed estimate of these costs as part of our discussions following receipt of your expression of interest.
8. The WiFi Trial is subject to our standard trial and evaluation terms which we will provide to you following receipt of your expression of interest.
9. We reserve the right to end the WiFi Trial promotion early.  We can also decide not to proceed with a WiFi Trial for your business at any time before we receive your agreement to proceed.
10. The $3,900 plus GST WiFi Trial cost in non-refundable from acceptance of choosing to proceed with the WiFi Trial.
